This quote is so stupid. Anywhere that's Trump's America or in other words where conservatives and Republicans run the show the country's doing awesome and making a full recovery. Pretty much anywhere there's Democrat leadership or Democrats running the show is screwed up and full of rioting right now.

Thing is Trump is president of the whole country not just republican places. Weird that you don't know that already.

Trump contributes to the issues you are talking about by intentionally spreading hate and division.

"Well, not exactly," Goitein replied. "And what's alarming about that is that no one really knows what the limits of those claimed authorities might be, because they are often developed and kept in secret."

Goitein says what little we do know about PEADs comes from references to them in other documents, some of which are now declassified.

"They originated in the Eisenhower administration as part of an effort to try to plan for a potential Soviet nuclear attack," Goitein said. "But since then, they've expanded to address other types of emergencies as well. No presidential emergency action document has even been released, or even leaked. Not even Congress has access to them, which is really pretty extraordinary when you consider that even the most highly-classified covert military and intelligence operations have to be reported to at least eight Members of Congress, the 'Gang of Eight.'"

"You're saying they are not consulting with Congress?" Koppel asked.

"Exactly," said Goitein. "Congress is not aware of these documents, and from public sources we know that at least in the past these documents have purported to do things that are not permitted by the Constitution – things like martial law and the suspension of habeas corpus and the roundup and detention of people not suspected of any crime."

Of course, everywhere there is a Republican government, be it municipal government, or state run government, the issues highlighted by BLM don’t exist. Black Americans are migrating to Republican cities and states in massive numbers, knowing there is where they will find a racial Shangri-la.
 
When Biden gets elected violence will break out in red regions. When your cult leader falls, Insecure people’s sense of self Is wounded. It is a scary thought. And one reason I don’t have a biden sign in my front yard.

Also, how can trump bovine anyone he’s the law and order president after 4 years of breaking it? These riots are happening on his watch. I think we need to cut to the truth, he’s trying to scare white suburban women that if he loses, blacks will move into their neighborhoods and high density housing will follow. It’s just racism. He’s playing the race card.

He can simply be a good leader and contribute to healing and helping. He can do that without being called a fascist. Instead he chooses to promote hate, division, and violence which only escalates things. He gets to own this as he is contributing to it.

Yeah, but he was very pleased that the governor of Florida, just one example, responded to the coronavirus exactly as he himself did. Like a clueless, anti-science moron with zero concern for human life. Kinda like a fascist when one thinks about it.
