According to rules @Thee Idiotic Minivan K made:

. If a player is expected to miss more then half or all year don’t pick that person.

So I guess we base it on a regular season production.

Jonathan Isaac had a similar injury and sat out the entire season. I’m sure there’s an outside chance that he could be ready for playoffs, but I’d be shocked if they risked having him get hurt again. I think they’ll keep him out the entire year - playoffs included.
