2021 NBA Draft Preview (new thread)

A pick should be easy to buy through the end of the draft. Most of these teams have already drafted multiple players or have multiple 2nds left. Vrenz is 100% worth the dice roll.

Buy a pick and take Aaron Henry… each roster spot we fill with a second rounder saves a few million. It’s a free prospect essentially.

Lots of intriguing players on the board still... let's get another (would be good for the tax bill too).

Most prospects you gotta squint a little, use some imagination, get hyped about "upside."

This is a rare pick where you just watch a little film and you know. He plays hard but effortless all at once.
Every time I watched Baylor to check out Mitchell I always came away more impressed with Butler. He doesn’t have some of the physical attributes that are ideal… but he really doesn’t have holes in his game.

It's amazed me for years how underrated being good at basketball is to draftnicks.

At worst, he should be a rotational point guard. Needs to clean up his turnovers, but there’s a lot to like. I’m glad he fell after they traded back. Wish they could’ve gotten a bigger haul for it, but they gambled and won.
Feels like they are playing with house money and should buy another pick here in the 2nd.
