I would offer 3 to 4 of the best Jazz picks for Scoot.Portland might put the #3 pick on the market. They're not going to get the return they want for Dame with that kind of contract. If I were Charlotte, I'd entertain trading the pick as well.
As long as someone reaches for Anthony Black and Taylor Hendricks in the top 8, we'll be fine....
Whitmore might be the most Danny Ainge type pick in this draft. The Jazz appear to have the right developmental staff in place to develop a player like him too.I saw someone say that Cam Whitmore is kind of the Rorschach test of the draft which kinda makes sense after watching him… like if you want to see a future Jaylen Brown esque star, you can see it. And if you want to see a tunnel visioned player who is a bad playmaker and won’t be able to barrel is way through nba players a la Stanley Johnson, Shabazz Muhammad, or Derrick Williams, you can see that too. He was one of the dudes i immediately liked though so I’m riding with him would love him at 9, but he’ll probably go before we pick.
This… we definitely want Tay Henny available. Both guys are worthy of a top 8 pick. Those both aren’t reaches though.
Me too… then picking him 16 unless there is someone better. If I'm the Jazz, I'm learning everything there is to know about Bilal Coulibaly.

Gonna have to send #9 too.Trade Kelly Olynyk, Walker Kessler, Rudy Gay for Scoot and Nurkic.
Huge salary savings for the washed Nurkic but the Jazz don't give up picks.

2023 NBA mock draft: Projecting all 58 picks post-lottery
The results of the NBA draft lottery are in. Here's our projection of how the June 22 draft will shake out.www.espn.com
If we took Dick with Hendricks on the board I’d be furious… I think the way the draft board shaped up that either Walker/Hendricks/Ausar will be there.Would be amazing if it unfurled this way, we swoop in and draft Hendricks without a hesi.

So it comes down to weather WAS would definitely take a PG or not right?I think this the "chalk" scenario. There's been a consensus top 7 for awhile, and then WAS at #8 takes their pick of a PG. That leaves us with the choice between Dick/Hendricks/Black or Wallace depending on who WAS takes.
I still think there's a good chance one of Dick/Hendricks/Black or Wallace goes top 7 which would drop one of the original consensus top 7 to #9.
