I have zero problem with moving the 28th pick if it was the difference in getting someone like Ausar vs Black/Wallace.
Agree on Jaquez been saying that for awhile. Podz stands out as well.
I don’t know if Clowney counts because he is a young/toolsy prospect but he has very little hype. I like him a lot.
Clowney is kind of borderline because he's a freshman and there are a decent amount of people who have him as a guaranteed first
Reluctantly I will admit that Cason is a great choice. Yes we want to go wing heavy but great ball handling and playmaking is also an exception just like high level center play is an exception. Maybe we can get the Dallas pick and keep 16 and everyone will be happy.
If the intel says GG will be there at 16, take Cason at 9. If it's iffy I'd take GG at 9
Yeah….he’s more in the GG/Bilal camp prospect wise as you’re projecting out a lot on a very young player. But there’s not much discussion about him here or anywhere else. Didn’t go to the combine either so it’s been radio silent hype wise. I think he will be drafted in the teens though and it will probably shock some people who aren’t draft nerds.

Based on what? He has taken plenty of undersized players. I don’t think it makes sense to put Ainge in a box of what type he likes or who he won’t draft. He has drafted each and every type of player. If he likes them he will draft them.
Who so you consider undersized who is projected first round?

It's funny. Scouts have been flocking to see Coulibaly since September. I guess they expected him to go into the 2024 and that is why he didn't get the warranted publicity.

Well that is certainly better than just 3.
Jazz could draft Whitmore (3), Wallace (9), GG (16) and Whitehead (23) and have their own U19 Team USA. Oh, and throw in Shaedon Sharpe.
Zero chance you do that deal without drafting Scoot or Miller.
