There’s no nice guys in running a draft. You’re either Danny Ainge, or you’re the mark. No in between.

No I told you I was eyeing him and may or may not pick him with that pick then I didn’t. Then you didn’t either then a couple picks later I did. Lol

Oh, I see. The draft has been kind of messy.

I have a thought about that. I really like the concept of using the different eras and the strategy that goes into it, but I hate the early 2000’s. I think it’s the weakest one of all of them, and I rarely get a starting caliber player that I would draft in the first 5 rounds in this thing.

I think this would be a lot better if we did one guy from ‘79 or earlier, one guy from the 80’s, one guy from the 90’s, one modern guy from 2000+, and then a free for all after the 4th pick. Same basic strategy, but a little less stringent and would open up a lot more of the draft, a lot earlier.

Just something to think about.
