Give me Herb Jones and Jonathan Isaac
Herb is an elite 3 and D wing. Made all-nba defensive first team and shot the ball really well. 42% from 3 and a blisterin 48% from the corner.
Isaac played 58 last year but is one of the most unique defensive forces in the league. top 5 in blocks per minute, top 15 in steals per minute. Orlando is a very good defensive team that is much much better when Isaac is on the floor. Also shot 45% from the corner 3. So I can have Bam, Ja, Booker play screen and roll and if teams collapse I have defensive super powers that can punish them.
Injuries are a concern with Isaac but when he's healthy its such an elite role playing skillset that I'm gonna reach for it. I can get solid replacement level guys to change style of play a bit or cover if injured. Isaac allows me to be really flexible.
Bam, Herb were both first team all defense... now I can supplement Isaac in there too.
