2024 NBA Draft Mega Thread

LeBron has a player option for next year so yes he could become a free agent. I think a team would absolutely draft Bronny just to get LeBron. As far as how good of a prospect Bronny is I’m not convinced he’s a first round prospect.
Should the Jazz consider this strategy? Lebron seems to have a lot left in his tank.

I was kidding of course but I would disagree on nothing that helps Detroit. They are awful so would t take a lot to help them. They might move back and get stuff or vets to do it and I’d understand that if that’s what you meant. Risacher would seem to fit their needs best and I’d guess he’s somewhere in the 4-7 mix.
I think any rookie you put in that mix is going to suck unless they are Him.

I think Cody Williams could really be something, like a 20/5/5 guy if everything clicks for him. He can do just about everything on the offensive side at a legit 6'7" with a 7'+ wingspan. I would take him ahead of Buzelis and possibly Risacher as well.

I think Cody Williams might be a top-4 prospect in this draft. Size, length, fluidity, shooting touch, handle, passing. And it doesn't even look like he's trying that hard. I could see him overtake Ron Holland by Draft Day. He could be a significant player if he wants to be.

Through 16 G-League games Ron Holland is shooting 23% from 3 on 3.3 attempts per game.

Who wants to draft an energy/hustle 6'6 PF who can't shoot a lick?

Buzelis has also not looked top 10 worthy.

This draft's top end prospects are just so mediocre.

Tidjane Salaun might be top 10 worthy by the end of the year with how bad these guys are.
