2024 NBA Draft Mega Thread

Rob Dillingham is something man. We aren’t like super in the market for the Kentucky guards but I might just take one if they are still on the board.

“Big Z” kinda interesting too… he projected to leave or stay a year?

There is no way I am passing on DJ Wagner if he is there with our late 1st. It took him a long time to really recover from his bad ankle sprain but he looks pretty close to being back to his usual self athletically. He is also the best point of attack defensive guard on that team.

I only wonder.. if players stayed in college at least 3 years like they used to.. this kentucky team man of man three head monster in the back court

My guess is that he is gone but may not declare and rather take the Bobi Klintman route and head overseas for a year. His issue at Kentucky if he sticks around and Bradshaw and Onyenso also stick around he may have a ceiling for minutes.

He's probably as good a prospect as Cody Williams right now. He just needs the 3pt shooting to keep improving.
He has such a nice shooting stroke that I really have no doubt that he will be a solid 3pt shooter. I think I would take him over Cody Williams if I had the choice.

Collier working his way back into alpha dog form.

31 today and flat dominating the game down the stretch.

He is not an elite-level athlete at the NBA level, but he has a really savvy streak to his game and has stretches where he gets whatever he wants.

He’s still an interesting one to me. In a draft like this I’d be willing to bet on his talent in the late lottery.

He's definitely in play at 9/10.

Shep, Dillinger, Collier all there when Jazz pick.
Man which to pair with George. Then move Sex to 6th man, deal Clarkson.
Knecht throws a wrench in as he is also available.
Why am I getting so excited..
I would be floored if Knecht was on the board at 9.

Yeah I guess me too
I guess I was thinking jazz pick was 6 ish - so no sarr topic risacher or williams .. so who knows who's off the board after that

I'm expecting Sarr, Topic, Risacher, Williams, Holland and Buzelis to be off the board. Jazz would be looking at Dillingham, Knecht or Salaun, imo. Maybe Holland slips a bit due to his shooting, but I doubt it.

Knecht probably goes 7? Maybe 8?

Jazz should be looking at Tidjane Salaun at 9 or 10, imo. He's a legit 6'8" or 6'9", long (7'+ ws), decently athletic, high-motor, with comfortable range out to 28 feet. He can take a couple dribbles before shooting his jumper, and he can attack close-outs with straight-line-drives and finishes above the rim. He can also pass a bit. His size/length gives him a solid defensive presence. There's quite a bit to work with as an 18 y.o. The question will continue to be whether he can create off the dribble.

I feel there is a clear top 4

Sarr
Topic
Williams
Risarcher

Then it starts to get cloudy

Holland
Buzelis
Dillingham
Walter
Filipowski
Sheppard
Knecht
Salaun

After that it is all over the board even some of the above slipping. If the Jazz draft.at 9 or 10 they will get a good pick.

Collier
Furphy
Smith
Chomche
Missi

Could all move up too.
