Yeah Topic won’t even go in the first round in a typical draft.there is also the possibility he just isn't that good and staying longer exposes him.

Wait… what?Yeah Topic won’t even go in the first round in a typical draft.
Yeah time will tell but I just don’t see it.Wait… what?
Giddey and Rubio can defend tho...Yeah time will tell but I just don’t see it.
To me he’s just a Rubio 2.0 or a Josh Giddey in a 5-out era where everyone’s expected to knock down 3 to stay on the floor.
Then there’s the coming back from an acl to consider.
Won’t touch him with a 10 foot pole if I’m a GM.
Oh Topic can’t defend?Giddey and Rubio can defend tho...
The worst case outcome for Topic is just so bad.
He can't guard a chair. Some very bad lowlightsOh Topic can’t defend?
LOL .. why are we even talking about him?
Oh boy.He can't guard a chair. Some very bad lowlights
Dear lord… yes 1000 times. If Topic drops to #29 would anyone take him?
I might if his knee checks out
Yeah at 29 I would consider him, but if Dadiet is there you take him 100/100 times. If Topic drops to #29 would anyone take him?

It's not hate, it's just reality.I get that Dilly and Topić have some downside. The hate has gone too far though. If we can trade into the late teens and land one of em I am in. At 10 I’m more interested in other guys at the moment. If we didn’t have Collin, JC, and Keyonte I would be more interested in Dilly at 10. I just have a hard time not seeing him as at least an electric bench scoring guard. Maybe he’s a 20 minute a night guy and it’s not the most valuable role… but I think he may be one of the best in the league at it.
Even if you are the most ardent Topic believer you know he has a high bust potential
Cant defend, cant shoot. His playmaking relies on drive and kick, but his drive game is one dimensional with a reliable pull-up or floater and an under the rim as a 6'6 player w/ a short wingspan. He lacks versatility, but I wouldn't say he has high bust potential. He playmakes at a high level as an 18 y.o.

Best rim finisher in the entire draft. One of the best passers in the draft.Cant defend, cant shoot. His playmaking relies on drive and kick, but his drive game is one dimensional with a reliable pull-up or floater and an under the rim as a 6'6 player w/ a short wingspan.
There's examples of great FT shooters who never shoot 3's well. They are usually on-ball players with some sort of funk to their release. I'm not sure at all he is going to get to the rim and score in the NBA.You've gone overboard. His shooting signals, due to FT shooting, are encouraging. He beats guys off the dribble, both with and without a screen. He finishes well in and near the paint. He's going to get to the rim and score.
