In terms of talent, Filipowski and Smith stand out. Both are easily 1st-round players, imo. Smith didn't play much defense, but the GLI games were pretty pointless this year.

I think Filipowski would have gone 1st round last year if he came out.

Waiting on the intel of whether the jazz were targeting Collier with the trade up, but given that we would have likely taken Williams if we jumped to #4 in the lottery takes a lot of the sting out of falling 2 spots

I know a lot of fans don’t like this, but I remember when the NFL made changes to their schedule and the extra time to talk trades and reset the board overnight changed the quality of 2nd round picks immediately. As annoying as it is, I think it’s a good move. Hopefully, it allows the Jazz to make another home run pick tomorrow.
