I see lots of different opinions on him out there. I personally think he's the best prospect in this draft, so it's believable to me.

Risacher to Detroit would be great for them.

He's like the safest bet to be a very solid starterz but I think teams in the top 4 want more than that. Earliest I see him going is 4.

Yeah I thought Hendricks would have been able to create off the dribble more than he did during he season.

Not sure he’ll ever be able to develop that part of his game.

Watching the playoffs this year being able to get your own shot makes a huge difference and GG has that in spades.

I don't see it. He's redundant to DeAndte Hunter for one. Maybe if they can get value out of trading Hunter then they take him, but what good does he do them? If they want a win now around Trae or Dejiinte they pick Clingan. If they want upside they go Sarr.

I don't think redundancy exists when talking about 6'8" wings that can shoot and play defense.

It does when you have two starters who already do that and your trying to add a piece to push you past the play in

I'm not buying that. If you want to push past the play in then adding more long wings is a great addition. Also I think they would be very comfortable rolling with Risacher, Hunter and JJ at the 2,3 and 4 with either Trae or Dejounte at the point. I still think there is a good chance one of them gets traded. Hunter is also super injury prone so I highly doubt they take him into account when evaluating guys. If he is healthy it is a bonus but he can't be relied upon.

Nine of those guys are good at guarding twos and none of them can guard period if the best you have at the 5 is Clint Capella.

Hunter is more than capable of guarding 2's and I think Risacher will be as well. JJ is also capable of being switched onto sg's and still being effective. If the hawks feel like Risacher is the best available player then they won't think twice about taking him.
