Yep. If it's at 39 or below, I am hammering the over. I fully expect at least a semi-chip to be on our shoulders all year, 2 out of 3 of Exum, Hood and Favors to play well given they're in a contract year, and we have too many poised vet types (especially Jesus and Sef imo) to have any long losing streaks.

When I made my bet on the jazz 2 years ago (ended up being 41.5 iirc) I couldn't make the bet at a casino until like mid October.

I think Vegas likes to see what happens in training camp and even pre season before they set the lines.
