Remember that time that Locke said Utah could be the #1 defense in the league? Guess he forgot to mention that only applied half the time the team plays in Utah. Yeah, no Rudy but Rudy can’t force Ingles and Hood to hit a shot or JJ to get back on D.

Unless the Jazz are showcasing these guys I don't understand the logic to keep playing Hood and Johnson.

I don't get why Snyder only plays Sefolosha or Jonas. Both guys are better then Johnson.

Burks, Hood, Joe Johnson need to be used to acquire what we can at this point. Rodney doesn’t even want to shoot anymore, let alone how terrible he is on defense. We really miss Rudy on defense, he truly is still the most important player on this team. Mitchell will be soon, but Rudy is vital. He covers up so many others defensive mistakes when he’s in there. I think Joe Johnson, Burks, and Hood could bring something in some combination. Favors is questionable to me. Favors is actually pretty dang good, and I don’t know what we would do without Favors right now while Rudy is down, we would be far worse off. Rubio would be a fine backup point guard once you hand the reigns to Mitchell and Exum because I don’t think he hasn’t trade value and his contract isn’t terrible so keep him. Some changes need to happen though, because only a few guys actually have passion it seems.

Jonas is probably the best match up for Lyles. Maybe one day they'll try it.

The ball needs to obviously go thru Donovan. Forcing Johnson iso is dumb. Hood and Burks are not playmakers and they are streaky.

After this game it's clear the Jazz aren't interested in winning. They are obviously showcasing players. There is no reason that Jonas and Royce aren't getting solid minutes.

Do you think lindsey believed he could get Mitchell and Kuzma in the draft and Kuzma made Lyles expendable.

But it was risky and the Lakers jumped on their guy.
