What's new

4/15 - Jazz at Rockets - 6 PM Mountain Time

Fair enough about wanting to win. I always want a win against the Rockets. But I can also try and be objective as to what the team is doing and why.

It's just annoying to see guys sit the bench until the very last few games and then tonight they play them to the point where the Jazz have no chance of winning. I know the starters put the Jazz in the hole but we gave up too early.

Out of all our experimental players, Cotton is probably the only one that sticks and will be with the team for the long haul.

Enes Kanter missing the playoffs and Trey Burke going 1-11 is the perfect ending to what was an extremely fun Jazz season.

I think I'm going to coin a new phrase for each time Trey shoots under 25%...let's call it a "deburkel" as in, that was quite a deburkel losing to Houston by that many points.

I hope Kanter cries. I bet he looks funny when he cries.
"You would cry too, if it happened to you" - Lesley Gore
"He got his stats...and as always, he missed the playoffs, too." Trevor Booker (allegedly)

I'm not wondering considering only 9 minutes have been played by someone not a sophomore, rookie or dleaguer on the road against a playoff team.
Technically Evans busts your theory. Unless you consider him a D-leaguer. Now that I said it he's been losing minutes to D-league guys so maybe he is.

Jazz won that trade. Now the Thunder have to decide what to do with him this offseason. Match his overpriced contract (that he's bound to get). . . or let him go?

Glad Utah doesn't have to deal with that headache.
Let's see if they can get anything back in a S&T. That was the argument some posters gave for why Lindsey should have hung on to him. Not me...I wanted him GONE for ANYTHING.

What a great year. It was a pleasure to watch this team grow this year. Can't wait to see what DL does in the offseason and I'm giddy to watch the playoff push next season!

Trading Kanter for nothing is honestly like trading herpes for nothing. Sure you get nothing in return but you still win the trade.

Meh just noticed Kanter doesn't follow any Utah Jazz players or media members on twitter anymore. The only Jazz player that follows him is Alec Burks.

The lakers finish off with their worst record in history, Kanter misses out on the playoffs, and the Jazz give us some some hope this entire 2nd half of the season.
