I remember watching that game when stock broke the asst. record! I was still in High School lol
 
I might have had a few to drink, but I truly think that Stockton is the best half-court set offensive player of all time.
 
Nuggets sucked royally though.
Stock didn't do anything special yet the ball was ending up in the hands of an addressee. It just looks like defenders were crap.
 
Sad to say, but I'll bet he could simply lace up his shoes, walk onto the court against Phoenix tomorrow and be the best PG in a Jazz uni.

He would last only 10 minutes probably though and then get injured or injure someone. Most likely latter.
 
What a great clip. I remember this game like it was yesterday. The best point guard ever, the best power forward ever and the greatest owner ever. Stockton, Malone, and Larry H Miller. Brings back some great memories.
 
No one will ever convince me that Stockton isn't the greatest pg to ever play the game. I'll let the numbers do the talking, all time leader in two main stats, steals and assists.
