A very realistic hypothetical situtuation

Who then should we pick with the scenario below?

Trade up or trade down. Package both lotto picks to get into the Top 4 or trade with the Bobcats to get the #9 and #19 or Houston to get the #14 and #23.

Donatas Motiejunas is projected as a Top 4, so if he slips to 6, take him. He is 7-feet and has tons of skills. Best case he turns into the next Dirk Nowitzki and worst case he becomes Okur or Bargnani.

I'd still take Vesley even if the Jazz knew he couldn't come over for another year, his situation shouldn't be compared to Tomic who was a 2nd round pick and a known project. Also I'll be honest I'm not real high on Walker in a Jazz uni just don't think it would be a good fit (his skills on Jazz offense) and the Jazz could always use next years pick (theirs or GS's) to pick a PG if they really felt like they needed/wanted one.

If there is a next season I don't have an issue with Vesley not playing with the Jazz as the Jazz would still be retooling with or without him and his impact (if he has one) shouldn't be expected in a year or two anyway. And if there is not a season next year then that is even better as he's still playing anyway.

*edit*
Or I'd be okay with taking Montejunius *spelling* if the Jazz felt he's worth it.

********.

1) He's top 4 only on NBAdarft.net (that I've seen anyway)
2) If he's as mentally soft as he is physically, he might not make it past his rookie contract.

Worst case is he sucks because he's lazy and has no motor or drive and he can't get off the bench.

Walker will probably be a great energy bunny off the bench for whatever team. He is a perfect comination of JJ Barea (size, speed, and ballhandling) and Jason Terry (scoring and shooting). If Utah is looking for instant offense from the bench and a future sixth-man of the year, then Kemba is a strong pick and would be a good fit for the team. He is the type that could heat up and score 20+ in 20 minutes. If they want a future starting PG, I'd go elsewhere.

So Walker > Jimmer for the 6th man then?

Lol, don't we already have a few of those :)

Yep. and I want no one who's lazy or without passion. If we can get lucky with one of the picks, I would love to trade down and pick up multiple people. Singleton is a lockdown defender and has some other skills and talents. Parsons has a very high basketball iq and is very skilled for a 6'9" sf.
