All-Time NBA Draft (not just international)

I think essentially add and myself approved it.

And WC vetoed. There's no rule against voting to veto your own trade. He wants out, and if we aren't going to just let him take the trade back (which is fair, imo), then he should at least be able to vote towards a veto.

Jeffrey, Joel, Ellis, HottKnickkk, and heyhey each need to vote on this trade. Should heyhey not vote, we need just five vetoes. WC's does not count...

Just a quick question..

Am I the only person to ever get Stockton & Malone in one of these drafts?

I did originally say only the 10 people not involved in a trade matter and get to vote. And would like to stick to what I said. Let's just relax and wait for the others to vote. In fact, could you please PM them? I'm at the gyno's with MsSerp.

Ellis269 and JoelHodgeJr, both need to clear their messages.

I'm willing to give WC a little more for the trade.

It's not as lopsided as you are making it out to be. Rodman and Payton have a combined 6 rings together. Malone and Stockton have none. Rodman and Gary have a combined 16x all defensive first teams.

Also, Barkley was a lot closer to Malone than is being portrayed here. It was a debate back then for a reason. Same with Payton and Stockton. Malone and Stockton just ended up with a lot more stats due to the lengths of their careers.

Also, Malone and Stockton aren't locks to win this thing. I don't think they have ever been part of the winning team on here.

I don't know why Thee and Spy are so opposed to it.

Right now the majority of who voted have vetoed it so...if it stays that way and no one else votes in the next few hours, it'll be overturned.

I am strongly against WC's veto counting though. He agreed to the trade and can not now change his mind due to outside opinions and influence imo.

My team last year was

Patrick Ewing
Karl Malone
Kevin Durant
Reggie Miller
And I think Tony Parker as my starter pg. (Not quite sure)

But even that wasn't good enough. So it's obvious having Malone wasn't some great sure fire lock to win this.

If wc has changed mind due to outside influence, then you are right. Trade should be voted outside the trade sides.

But I have to say, you are the winner of this trade that way. Payton-Barkley-Rodman is a lot to take for Stockton-Malone. They are just too good.

Like I said, I think general NBA fans would agree, but lots of Jazz fans simply wouldn't. And that's what matters most in determining the value of a player in this thing.

If it gets vetoed, then by all means, work out something else with WC, if you really want Stockton/Malone.

And yeah, I think you had Malone the second time you won.

I don't remember anyone having both. Not sure, but you probably are. It would be hard to get them both in past years since this is the first time we've done trades.

No. I didn't have Malone when I won. I had him last year and didn't win.
