What's new

All-Time NBA Draft (not just international)

That's cool - I may not pick for a couple more DAYS!!!! So Imma take a chill pill... got church tonight anyway see you guys later :)

After one day, fish will pick for you sorry, lol. Have fun and maybe he will have picked by the time you get back.

Best picks in the second round(per where they drafted) are Pippen by Hottt and Nowitzki by Spycam.

And the worst decision of this year's game to me was trading the first pick.

spy chooses paul pierce.

If someone can post his career stats, all star appearances and what not i think (not sure as i have not looked it up) he will stack up with, and surpass, reggie miller in most categories.

And he won a championship as the alpha dog (albeit with a great supporting cast and balanced team)

Yeah, Pierce definitely had better statistical seasons than Ray or Reggie. Was/is a great shooter too. And is a Finals MVP (like all of my picks).

But I get why Ray and Reggie went before him. The kind of shooting they offer is just so rare. I don't really think they're as good overall as Pierce or some other guys still on the board, but they bring something very unique to the table.

Nowitzki at 24 was a steal and Pippen at 19 was a nice pickup as well.

I would like to mention that nobody has ever won this thing with the #1 pick.

Coming from the guy who picked Stockton #3 two years ago.

Malone and Stockton at 15, 16 isn't nearly as good as Pippen at 19 or Nowitzki at 24.

Nobody has ever won this thing with the #1 pick.

Thanks for the laugh, I needed that.

Easy dude. Didn't mean offense.

And for what it's worth I made everyone aware that I picked Stockton knowing that he is not a top 3 pick at all. He's my favorite player of the NBA history along with Hakeem and I made it clear that I was trying to establish a conventional team playing a traditional and beautiful game instead of playing it to win it.

It's easy to dig it and say "Oh, you picked Stock at the 3, haha".

Btw, Malone and Stockton at 15, 16 IS almost good(or even better for others) as Pippen and Dirk at 19 or 24. I just spoke my mind. I'm also glad I made you laugh.

Hahaha no hard feelings, I'm just messing around.

Sure, no problem.

As a matter of fact, I was gonna write Stockton as one of the good picks too(I wouldn't think he would drop that much), but I deleted it at the last moment, given that my Stockton homer-ism is known. :)

But to be honest, I'm not a big fan of Malone. Maybe I'm biased because of his off-court personality.

Don't like Spycam's combo of Dirk/Shaq.
He should find a good mobile PF.

Jazzyapma's Kareem-Garnet is a little bit better to me since Garnet is more mobile. I like it a bit more as a good twin tower strategy. But still twin towers are always risky and should be supported by other mobile big men.

There is a lot of good teams already, gonna be an interesting next couple of days for sure.

Pg. Oscar Robinson
SG. Michael Jordan (Oscar Robinson)
Sf. (Michael Jordan, Oscar Robinson)

The beauty of these two. Perfect chemistry.

addictionary the underwhelming make-wait-er contestant of the tourney that stays up as much as he can but cannot after at some point because he is human too and spent too much energy on a wedding and now had to come to work since his employee was suffering from her period spasms and cannot make the end of the day and he needed to send her home since he needs her to be good for the other days because there is still wedding stuff to do for the remaining days Goddamnit!!!!

Oh God. I will feel so eased when this wedding era is over.

Career Numbers: 18.4 ppg, 7.5 apg, 5.2 rpg. %80 career FT percentage.

Another NewYorker for my team, Cooz was a legend who could be the maestro with his dribbling, passing skills way above his time.

He is a HoF'er.

Had these to achieve throughout his career:

6× NBA champion (1957, 1959-1963)
NBA Most Valuable Player (1957)
13× All-Star (1951–1963)
2× NBA All-Star Game MVP (1954, 1957)
10× All-NBA First Team (1952–1961)
2× All-NBA Second Team (1962, 1963)
8× NBA assists leader (1953-1960)
NBA 25th Anniversary Team
NBA 35th Anniversary Team
NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team
No. 14 retired by Boston Celtics
NCAA champion (1947)
Consensus first team All-American (1950)
No. 17 retired by Holy Cross
