Blake is a powerhouse of modern PF. His high flying dunks are an demonstration of his world class athleticism. He is one of a few players to even make the all-star team as a rookie. When its all said and done The Griff will be a hall-o-famer the likes of Sir Charles.

Penny was my first favorite player. He moved across the court like he was wearing skates on ice. Many people compared him to Magic Johnson. He glided across the court with an ease and fished with excitement, by no-look passes and thunderous dunks. His basketball cards were valued as high any other player. The world loved this young baller.

Then his knee went. He still had his bbiq. The leap was gone. The first step became a third. Lil-Penny no longer was picking up Tyra Banks.
For that period of time the early 90's played host to the most charismatic and creative guard not named Magic Johnson.

A shooter; defender; can run an offense; play the 1 and 2; CLUTCH; a leader; a Champion.

Best statistical season: 18.5 points - 8.6 assists - 43% from 3 on 5.2 attempts

How does everyone feel about being able to do 2 for 1 pick trades? Then those that don't have 12 picks, fill open spots at the end of the last round.

Thoughts

Here's an idea:

We draft 12 players, but have 13 rounds.

Essentially you're allowed to do one 2 for 1 trade (or 3 for 2) however you wish. If the 13th round comes and you already have 12 players, then you simply don't use your 13th pick.

I don't care either way, but a 2 for 1 trade doesn't make much sense if you can't actually use more than 12 picks. Just saying.

Also, great pick on Penny Hardaway by Joel. Also on my short list.

Found this on Pistol Pete - Love, Love, Love the fact that Magic Johnson cites him as an inspiration for how he played. Would have been fun to see them together - even if only for one year.

Any then there's always this thrilling competition between Pistol Pete and the Iceman -
