Alex English
Alex English was the NBA's most prolific scorer during the 1980s and retired as the seventh-leading scorer with 25, 613 points. After being underutilized by the Milwaukee Bucks and the Indiana Pacers during his first four years in the league, English became the most explosive member of a high-powered Denver Nuggets team that consistently ranked among the league's top-scoring clubs. Alex English was one of greatest mid range jump shooters of all time. His high arching release made it hard for opponents to block his shots. He was good at shooting in traffic and had a nice fade away move (again because of his high arching shot). English was also an underrated passer who had solid court vision and a high basketball IQ. Alex English was a top ten player during the 80's.


He was a natural scorer with an incredible shooting touch in the perimeter, much like Bernard King. His go-to-moves were the turn-around and in-your-face jumpers from the perimeter of course. He could also run the wings and finish off the break.

I've been trying to talk myself into picking him since the fifth round, but was afraid he wasn't well known enough or the most popular. I saw his stats so I knew he was good, then I studied up on him and watched some vids, and I was like damn. This dude is as potent an offensive player as there is in the game today. Ninth round comes around, and he was still there. So I felt I had to take him.
 
For my 2nd point guard I'm going with Dennis Johnson

The Celtics reached the 1984 NBA Finals, where they met the Los Angeles Lakers, their intense rivals since the 1960s. What I like about muggsy is that he has the highest assist to turnover ratting then any other player in NBA history. He a closer that can and will get the ball where he needs to. He's my 3rd string Pg, special purpose only.
 
Having anything more than 8 players drafted is dumb.

You need a backup wing, backup big, and maybe a backup PG.

Really 7 would good, but 8 is acceptable. Doing anything past that is stupid.
