What's new

All-Time NBA Draft (not just international)

But what if he wants to make his pick, but found out Fish had already made the pick?

Somebody (Quin?) should email him to confirm what he wants to do. Would be sad if he's gone. He was playing within the rules - he had 24 hours. So we can't really penalise him for taking, what, 3-4 hours?

Again, I still think we should have made it 12 hours originally - makes people much more alert & checking in more often.
No one has penalized him. I pissed him off somehow, though I didn't say much and thought I was low key, and he said he quit. So it's on him to see all this and say something

Please just drop it guys. It's getting old. It's really no big deal and by continuing to harp on it, it's becoming one. Once his turn comes up, I'll PM which as been par for the course for a lot of this draft. He's a good poster and I'm sure will finish the draft.

24.2ppg. 6.3 rpg. 2.1 apg. 1.3 spg. 927ft%. 511. 2p%. 433. 3p%

Attributes...

One of the best foreign players in NBA history... Was one of the best shooters in the league... Hit his jumpers from anywhere no matter how... His shooting mechanics were just fantastic... Not afraid of contact in the paint... Had the physical and technical skills to score there too... Good vision on the court... Ran the floor very well

Peja is such a good shooter he will be able to be a guy who comes in off the bench and and start off hot as a gunner nailing threes left and right. Peja is more then just a 3 pt shooter can drive a little bit. He will get a little time playing along side the Dream, as he's the best floor spacer on the team being one of the most feared 3pt shooters ever, and very useful when leading at the end of games, as he's one of the best ft shooters of all time.

I srsly am not going to make any more picks. Unless one of my guys gets a pretend series ending injury then they won't play anyway. I don't want to hold y'all up anymore so just skip me, please.

If that is just too crazy give me MR. Magoo and Ray Charles.

Sorry guys. Just had my son's football team dismantled. Been trying to deal with the fallout.

C'mon, bro. Please don't do this, it wasn't meant to be like that. Everybody has their own life to worry about.

Yeah. Tonight was hard. I've been passing on HS coaching jobs to coach my son's football team. We've been really good. Started with these kids in the 2nd grade. Got to and lost the championship game that year, went undefeated the next and got bounced out of the playoffs in the first round (on the last play of the game) the next year. My son got hurt in a car accident and missed his 4th grade season but I still coached them and we got to and lost the championship game again. 5th grade is when we split into A and B groups. My son is small and was coming off a serious injury, so I went with a B team. The A team took all my best players and barely won the Championship with them. I took all the scrubs and dominated my level. We went undefeated and won the championship game. Didn't even give up a single TD all year. I'm two weeks away from the season starting and I just found out tonight that all the league rules are being bent to move my best players all up to the A team this year, even though it means I lose both of my assistant coaches.

So. . . I have two weeks to pick new coaches, teach them my offense and my defense and then teach my brand new kids how to run my plays while I'm teaching them how to play football. Have a bunch of them who haven't played football at all.

It's been a pretty crappy night for me. Oh well. I think that right about now, my wife is pissed off more than I am. She wants to go bitch out the A team coach with authority.

Led the NBA in steals in 2009-10.

Led the NBA in assists in 2011-12 and 2012-13.

Named to the All-NBA 3rd Team in 2011-12.

Skills and attributes

Outstanding playmaker... Very good vision of the court... Plays with great confidence...Quick... Can really get to the basket... Long arms... Excellent defender... Gets lots of layups... Good with the floaters too... Manages to grab quite a few rebounds despite his lack of size... A triple-double waiting to happen.

Like I said when I drafted Rondo. "I needed a bad *** added to my team". Rondo is a true competitor who absolutely hates to lose. Rondo is a fiery type of player that will let his team know what's up if someone isn't playing like they should, but on a team of all time greats... That shouldn't be the problem, what he will do is fire up his team and add a competitive edge to this team, and adds a defensive dimension to the pg spot that Nash just doesn't have. Very unselfish player, and willing passer. Unlike Nash... Rondo isn't a shooter, but can drive to the hoop at will, pretty much whenever he wants to, and is a true stat stuffer, and triple double waiting to happen. Rondo is fearless in all fassets of the game, point in case at 6-1 he is a great rebounder not just for his size but for any player on the wing or pg spot, he expects perfection from himself and his teamates, and demands it. On a team of all time greats this is a positive.
