All's not well in Warrior land

Punch Bowl Re-Filler
So Mark Jackson first tried to destroy the Utah locker room. Then he somehow landed a coaching job. Now it turns out his spots are truly showing in GS where not even his commitment to their tank is going to be rewarded indefinitely. After alienating Michael Malone who went on to Sacramento, he's now forced out Scalabrine. Interesting that Scalabrine is being retained in some undefined capacity by the W's.
"Jackson, in his third year at the helm of the Warriors, has one year left on his contract, but has come under increased scrutiny within the organization for how he has run the team and worked on the job. There have been no conversations about an extension for Jackson – nor are they expected to take place, sources said."

Sounds like Jackson may soon be looking for another job.

Fire Mark and I might have to start liking the W's. Nah, just kidding, but I won't be sad to see him unemployed. He's a major %$#@*!

The guy is a prima donna and a big phony. You can only hide the real you for so long. I would love it if this issue would lead to the Tankers missing the playoffs and him getting fired. He is not going to get another job in the NBA for a long time or even ever.

My mother and I moved to the East Bay when I was a teen. The W's were pretty bad at that point as trades and retirements stripped them of the talent they had when they won a title. I was fortunate to see Rick Barry play. I graduated HS and moved away right before the RUN TMC era began. Golden State had some interesting talents come in and out of their team. But like Sloan, Nelson was always a player short of really competing for a title. Nelson kep trying to find his elusive "big." Then Webber came along, but Sprewell's ego destroyed the team.

Mark Jackson is alienating people? Mama, there goes that man! This it awful news. If Golden State fires him, he'll soon be back on TV.
