Jefferson, Millsap, DMC and Watson...GONE! Bit sad over DMC, but I'll get over it.

So, just have to worry about Mo and Randy coming back. I'd actually be ok with Tinsley returning

And I apologize to the FO and my fellow posters for going a bit postal when I heard Lindsey talk after the draft about getting back with the Bird rights FA's (Jefferson and Millsap). Thought for sure that meant he was going to offer a contract to one or the other.

go ahead and write mo off

doesn't want to be backup and we probably cant afford his asking price unless he gets desperate

tinsley is realy possible

i like him and he just wants to hang around and pass knowledge on

foye is slightly possible

great shooter ****ty defender against physical player/ he is good enough at ballhandling to act as faux pg if needed

Can I get credit for the thread title. I posted the exact thing in an Earl Watson thread. Plagiarism bro

Oh, did your post also have the same typo? That's just FREAKY!

However, the proper response is to complain about the number of posts PKM has.

Can PKM at least give me more rep before he retires immediately following the draft?

I have been on phone access only for the past 3 days so I have no idea how badly I got rep ****ed for my comments on the trade and Demarre. Also I can't rep anyone. Someone fix that tapatalk business

I would like to see Tinsley back, he would bring that veteran presence while helping show Burke the ropes. I do not want to see Mo or Foye back. The writing is on the wall that Mo is not coming back though, so I am not worried about that. I am worried that the Jazz are going to bring Foye back, for Corbin cannot be trusted with him on minutes and usage-wise.

I want to roll with basically who we have. Sign Tinsley and let McNeal be other SG behind Burks and Rush. We need a 3rd PG, so just bring in the best one from SL, whether that's Stockton or someone else who is released by another team. LET'S GET READY TO TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANK!

My hope is a trade for Andre Miller and a re-signing of Randy Foye (at his same $2.5m). With the draft and the trades, plus whomever they sign from training camp, that would be a great off-season to build on.

LOL.. Seriously bro, I enjoy reading your posts and predictions about what's gonna happen... and how you read between the lines and stuff.. but looking at your track record so far:

- MoTown16, Mo will retired a Jazz man? Mo is KOC's son he's never had?

- We'll offer contract to Jefferson/Millsap?

Sorry bro, but when you make a prediction, it makes me want to go the opposite direction!!

LOL... all fun & game though.

Well that would just be a whole lot of stupid.

2 left, possibly?

Volume rising on rumbles Randy Foye will wind up w/Nuggets. Which would take DEN out of Monta Ellis race & clear way for Hawks to sign Monta

I knew a good deal of our free agents would be leaving this off season, but i never would have predicted almost all (possibly all i suppose) of them to be on another team next season

Given the Jazz' track record I NEVER, EVER thought they'd buy in to a complete rebuild. They certainly didn't after Malone/Stockton, chasing FA's instead. Just look back at the press conference when Mo signed with Utah. He and KOC had to almost find a room there was so much love in the air (worst mistake of KOC's career was letting him go, Mo saying he wanted to be here for a long time, KOC saying "that's the plan, " etc.). As for Jefferson/Millsap, we do need a 3-man rotation. Just remind me NEVER to play poker with Lindsey. When he said he was going to get back to the Jazz' Bird right's FA's, I assumed the worst.

Even after the draft - and before the mega trade - Lindsey and Corbin talked about bringing in veterans. I think there was still a touch of hesitancy and maybe not the "full tank" decision yet. But as some of the lottery teams showed they were committed to spend and improve, and the GS deal came up, the Jazz organization saw that a top-5 pick was a real possibility. Maybe Utah still lands in the 6-8 range, but they're giving it a shot. Happy to say I was DEAD WRONG about Lindsey, KOC and Corbin cutting their ties to the vets.

Yep this is something you got dead on IMO. I sometimes play poker online, and I can tell Lindsey would be very good at it. Great at keeping his emotions at bay, and very, very, extremely, calculated.
