is looking great in his first pre season game. Given it's against a horrible raptors team. But still. Could be a huge steal for the Pistons. If he works out, Detroit could have something special in the next few years.

His potential is unquestioned. His talent and size is off the charts. We'll have to wait and see if he develops the heart/drive/ambition.

Just imagine when I keep Lebron, Rose, Evans, Gordon, Favors and player #6 along with D-leaguers Drummond, Leonard, and Shabazz next year. Boom bitches!!!!!!!!!!
 
I'm on the record as believing Drummond WILL be a huge success. I think he'll find a way to give basketball 80% and that much effort will make him a top5 center, as you suggested. I'll only gripe because of the other 20% ... I hate supremely talented dudes that coast.
