Another Jimmer trade thread, srs

Should be obvious.. but just want to clarify that I am not implying that Jimmer causes the turmoil.. but rather the fans themselves.
I can see TONS of fans pissed and calling for Jimmer to start/get more minutes.
I can see TONS of fans pissed that he played too many.
And both with much more vitriol than the average griping.

On 2nd thought, I like it. GOooooOOOOoooo get JimJam!

Maybe I'm wrong, because it's been a long time, but I don't ever recall utes fans cheering for Andre Miller vs the jazz, and Andre has had a good career and will be far better then Jimmers that won't last nearly as long. Ute fans wouldn't hate him because he played at BYU, they'd hate him because of those eccentric BYU fans would be calling for Jimmer to play more even though he didn't deserve to. I as a utes fan would root for Jimmer as I root for the jazz, and believe most ute fans would.

When did you become such an advocate of the crazy?
 
^I could get behind that theory. As long as BYU fans were reasonable in their assessment of Jimmer (lol at that being the case), then Ute fans wouldn't hate on him.

I highly doubt this.

And I think most byu fans currently on jazzfanz would/have been fair when it comes to jimmer.

Maybe getting jimmer would bring a lot more crazy byu fans to jazzfanz though.

As it stands, I don't see any current jazzfanzers saying jimmer would be an all star with more playing time or anything like that.

I think most byu fans know what jimmer is.... a great shooter that could be a sparkplug off the bench, who lacks athleticism and defensive ability and could never be a starter at the pg or shooting guard position.

Basically, worst case scenario..... poor man's eddie house.
Best case scenario.... rich man's eddie house lol.
 
Ute fans never had an issue or boo'd when Haffa Roujo played for the Jazz.

Ute fans and I would say every Jazz fan had issues when Y fans (not calling them Jazz fans) would cheer at the top of their lungs every time Jimmer looked to touch the ball that and that only is what led to the boo'ing.
 
I don't think BYU fans at this point are expecting him to be a superstar.. but seriously, can he be any worse than Lucas?
