Doesn't make any sense. The only parallel is that neither has a consistent perimeter stroke off the catch or bounce. You might as well have asked if he's the next Greg Ostertag. Totally different player than Rubio...
 
Great game to watch. In years past, I have always lost interest in pre-season games after the first quarter when the starters went to the bench. Not this time.
 
I'm on cloud 9 right now. I am seeing hustle and fight. Good ball movement and all of the main guys looked good and at moments dominate.

Still a long season and a young team but hell yeah!!

Go Jazz!!!!!!!!!

Actually Ricky Rubio is a pretty good catch and shoot 3pt shooter.

He struggles finishing and shooting off the dribble, which is something Dante currently struggles with.

Both have advanced basketball IQ's and have passing ability along with defensive length.
 
its only pre-season....relax.

we'll see how it goes.

but historically i believe a good pre-season led to a good season too.
 
Just bear in mind how competitive the Jazz were in the first pre-season game last year and how they went undefeated in 2010.

I didn't watch the game FWIW.
