Any Rumored Camp Invitees?

I think I would definitely take Scheyer over Gaines. The big question of course will he be able to guard point guards and two guards in the NBA. It would be nice to have someone with more size than Gaines as the 3rd stringer. It is always tough for a Dukee to be on the Jazz. I mean we just got rid of one!

It seems to me Scheyer had a nasty eye injury during summer league. (Can't remember what team he played for) and had to go back to Chicago to confer with a specialist.

I think Scheyer is a 2...

I'm a DX junkie, but they've categorized him wrong. And I may be wrong here, but I'm pretty sure he played point at Duke and he had a 3 to 1 assist to turnover ratio on 5 assists per game. Price couldn't put up passing numbers like that over a season in a dream against any level of professional competition. Of players in rotation, I'd say Price has the worst vision and playmaking ability of anyone that is (or pretends to be) a PG in the entire NBA. I supported Knight over Price for all of '08-'09, and I'd still make that decision every day of the week, cute performance in a lost elimination game or not.

Oh good lord. Watson is probably better than Price and Gaines, but I can't stand him. He may have the lowest basketball IQ of any PG in the NBA.

That's ****ing awesome. So long as he doesn't turn into a bitch like he did in Seattle, he'd be a superb pickup.

Earl Watson does seem a bit of a complainer and a little bit of a thug. However, he is tough and a decent scorer & passer. I just hope the Jazz do their homework so they won't be surprised if he pulls another pouting session here. Of course, if he knows ahead of time that he's only going to get limited minutes then hopefully he'll just accept that and do his best within those limited minutes.
