Anyone tried Uber taxi?

A buddy of mine actually signed up to be an uber driver. Said he made about $250 over the holiday's, and that's after gas.

Seems like a meaningless amount. I hear Uber ridesharers are content in their roles. This pay must be better than you sound it on paper.

The guy has a "real job" with me. He just wanted a couple extra bucks to throw at a friend's wedding, so he decided to do this.

I'll see if I can get his breakdown.

Advanced appreciations. I am interested in double dipping from my job on Friday and Saturday nights. I work swing-grave at Maverick and there is never enough for both of us to keep occupied. I consider if i übered I would not smoke two packs in seven hours. This is killing me now that the inversion is hit.

Highest risk is getting fired. LLF like I cannot get another gas station job.

Used it in my last trip to the Bay Area. Worked pretty great and the people driving were very good. Had somebody picking me up within 5 minutes of entering it in the app. One of the ladies driving, after finding out where I lived, said that she is a close friend of Ty Corbin's.

BTW, Boris, just one small criticism. You spelled the name of your employer wrong. Might want to watch that.
 
I was a uber driver during sundance last year. I made about $400 one night in about 7 hours. Otherwise, it really sucked.

Park City is not fun to drive around in with any type of crowds; Arts festival, Olympics, ski season, Sundance, whatever..... heck.... I went up there for a high school football game once and it was a total mess.. I couldn't image driving people around there for 7 hours during Sundance.....
