Apparently I won tickets for tonights game...

Through that new Utah Jazz app that they have. I'm trying to collect/view the tickets through the app, but it keeps crashing on me. Anyone else win tickets having a problem claiming them?
 
there is a new utah jazz app out for smartphones, and when you downloaded it, you also entered to win jazz tickets.
 
I'm having the same problem. They sent me a message to my phone saying, "We experienced a system error. If you are a winner of tickets for tonight, you will receive an email from the Utah Jazz. If not, you are st"

...St..... what?!? :(

Still entered for the next game I'm guessing? Haven't got an email yet, looks like I didn't really win. :(
 
I'm a little upset they screwed it up. I was really excited to go to the game for a minute...oh well.
 
I know a few people that have got this message today. I think they just screwed up and sent that message out to everyone with the App.
 
OK, so I got an email that went to junk mail yesterday and didn't see it until this afternoon. Went to the FlashSeats link and did the registration and it gave me seat numbers. But, did I REALLY win??
 
Just received this e-mail:

Dear Jazz Fan:

This afternoon, a percentage of Jazz fans who had downloaded the new Utah Jazz app were inadvertently notified they had won two free tickets to tonight’s Jazz game vs. the Dallas Mavericks. This message was only meant for 500 randomly-selected winners, each of whom had been originally notified that they had won via email on January 18. The eligible winners were selected from those users who had previously provided their name and email address when they downloaded the app and agreed to enter the drawing for 500 pairs of tickets upon their registration. Unfortunately, due to a system error, additional Utah Jazz app users beyond the intended 500 recipients may have also received notification via the Utah Jazz app today.

Our fans are our top priority, and while we are unable to fulfill the additional ticket requests for tonight’s game, we will provide all Utah Jazz app users who opted to enter the drawing for Jazz tickets prior to 2 p.m. on January 19 with a complimentary pair of tickets to a Salt Lake Bees home game between April 1 and May 15, 2012. Those eligible users will receive instructions via email prior to February 2 on how to redeem their Bees tickets. In addition, they will also be eligible to win one of 500 pair of tickets that will be drawn for the Jazz game on January 28 vs. the Sacramento Kings.

So no professional basketball, just minor league baseball tickets??
 
You have to go and create or sign in to your flash tix account. I have two tickets that will not be getting used tonight. Any takers? They just need tranferred to your name is all. And you will have them in your flash acct.
