What's new

Are we just not a very good team?

Two of the teams we lost too are bad teams.

We're fine. We're just in a defensive funk. Our last 4 games have all rated out as amongst our worst defensively all season.

We'll figure it out and we'll be fine. All teams go through stretches like this over a long season.

We are legit. Relax peeps.

I really think Jazz got to stand for their decisions. They bring Mike, let him run the show and live with it. I think he will do it well in the end. IMHO the problem here is to try to coach a bunch of guys that need overcoaching along with another bunch that do not need it. Problem is our central piece needs overcoaching and our other top tier guy do not need it but he thnks he does. In my eyes, coaching needs to settle down. Oddly enough, Quin's does not seems to be making the wisest choices a lot of times. I do not like to say it, I really like Quin, but he has to settle at one point. I understand he needs to experiment to have his team playoff ready, but you just don't mess it up very much when you're fighting for West 2 seed.

Our problem is that we gave up too much for Conley, losing toughness and rim protection -- i.e. Crowder and Favors.

....and Rubio! We should have and could have kept Rubio and Favors and just added another decent 3 point shooter and we would have been in 7th heaven! It would have been much cheaper and made us the better team, even better than the squad we had at the end of last season that won 20 out of 25 games!

I think you let rubio go, but kept favors and crowder.
And used the space for somebody else.

Since the Suns aren't doing very well and Rubio isn't considered the answer to there problems, what's the chance they would be willing to let him go on the cheap and the Jazz could pick him up and move our team back to the top 3 in the NBA?

Rubio doesnt move the needle.

We really need to win these next two games. At home against the Nuggets and Blazers and both teams will be on the second night of a back to back while we will be rested.

Dude stop with this Rubio stuff, I miss him too but all your posts state the same thing. The past is the past, let it go

The Lakers just lost like 4 of 5 right? They are legit contenders maybe favorites. Sometimes, good teams skid a little. It happens. We just need to right the ship as they say.

We need to tweak the roster in the next couple days, win at least one before the deadline, then finish strong.
