What's new

Are you read to hear from KOC "Sometimes the best trade is no trade"

Would you rather he took on bad contracts in order to get someone to take they guys you want to get rid of?

If nothing happens he will say that, and he will likely be right. It would be equally retarded to do a bad trade just to say he did a trade. I want the Jazz to develop the young guys too, and i suspect/hope that once today is over we will begin a quiet shift in that direction.

What have the Jazz done to cause you to reach that conclusion? Because the last month the direction has been exactly opposite. Hayward to the bench. Burks 2 consecutive DNP CD, Kanter's minutes down. KOC-We aren't trading Howard, We are trying for the 5th seed.

I guess you could be right, that after the team loses ( or is it looses?) tonight and are 3 games behind Minny for the 9th spot and the playoffs are a distant dream and the veterans are still playing and sucking and the seats have fewer and fewer butts in them Gregg and Mama might wake up and tell KOC to do something.

IM aam glad his initials are KOC becasue that is what he is a ****.

This has been a monumental waste of a season. I was so stocked going into the season. Build the young guys up, get those good lottery picks or make the 8th seed for experience and come back ready to raise hell and make a serious push next year.

But no, the dumbass brass is putting us in the same position next year that we were in this year. A huge waste.

Ha ha told you...even if he would have moved Raja for cash to the Clips it would have helped Burks development. All these idiots calling in saying good thing to hold on to these players til the offseason because it is a deep draft. Well, if it is a deep draft who is going to want our trash when they can draft someone. IDIOTS...KOC BEGONE...This was a fire sale for a bunch of teams and we go nothing where was the hey Portland we will give you Howard and Harris for Mathews.

I was thinking about Matthews but he's shooting a CJ like 40% from field and 30% from 3

This season ends April 26th. We won't make the playoffs.

After the season ends, we then lose CJ Miles, Josh Howard, Jamaal Tinsley, DeMarre Carroll, and Jeremy Evans.

PG: Harris/Watson
SG: Bell/Burks
SF: Hayward
PF: Millsap/Favors
C: Jefferson/Kanter

Jefferson, Millsap, Bell, and Harris will all be on contract years, meaning they'll be nice and tradeable-- not that they weren't nice and tradeable this season, but whatever.

Even though our young guys won't be getting a lot of play time this year, next year looks like their year. Let's stay positive!

I actually don't like staying positive, I'm just doing what I have to do so I don't kill myself.

I'm not a KOC hater - he's made some good moves and some bad moves.

We all know Bell and Miles are on the block. I don't think that's a question.

But if he can't trade his starting SG and the primary SG off the bench - then what does that say about him and his decisions regarding contracts in the past?

HEre HEre

I do think he tried. No one bit.

The real person to blame here is Corbin. He is too afraid to bench older players making money.

Hard to criticize a guy for not making a trade when you have no idea what trades were actually on the table.

Then he should learn to be a sales man. YOu sell Raja as the kobe stopper the CLippers need in the playoff. YOu sell CJ as leverage to keep Dwill. You don't sit back and say please give me an offer or all the offers you are going to get are going to be bad.

I can hear KOC now...."You know, some times the best trade is no trade, do you know what I mean. You know, the trade deadline was what it was. We want to focus on our team making the playoffs...you know." I can't believe Bell is still on the roster...when will it END. Play Burks or I am going to go postal.
