I'm a huge conspiracy theorist (I guest lecture at a lot of the meetings), but I've been a little busy lately and have missed the last couple of gatherings (actually my wife used my tinfoil hat to bake some potatoes in and I haven't had time to buy some more foil for a new hat). Please inform me about the radio frequency transponders.
It'll take 10 minutes, but read this .. I have read every referenced page of the bill and the bill does, in fact, say what is claimed here.

H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001, paragraph 1.
The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”
This really reads to you as "everyone will be required to be implanted with brain chip" and not "a registry of implantable devices needs to be made in order to track the functionality of those devices"?
Glad you took one paragraph of a multi-thousand page bill to make midget-point. If you read the entire story in the link and still believe what you just wrote, then cool .. otherwise, no pointing.
None of the paragraphs that he took out of context (a few hundred pages apart on average) say what he claims they say. The problem is, most of them aren't even in the bill. The current version of the bill is available and searchable online. I'm not even a supporter of the bill. I think it's terrible.
That's a good response. (because I said so)
See that's what makes me different than a conspiracy theorist, I just want the truth .. whatever it may be. Once I know the facts, I won't try to twist them.
For the record, your post didn't say one thing that made me feel better about the content of the bill .. but I did appreciate your sincere reply.
