There have been rumors involving Miami + Toronto + Charlotte + Houston (obviously, this is 4 teams).

I'd be happy with Beasley and Millsap manning the 4 for the Jazz going into next season.

And, as I've posted before, those who think Beasley is more undersized than Boozer should take a look at how they both measured out (including athletically) at their respective pre-draft camps (I understand that Beas has yet to pan out as a rebounder or scorer in the NBA).

Does Toronto, Charlotte, or Houston have a trade exception?

I want nothing to do with Beasley. Please let us get something else.

Edit: His numbers were a little better than I thought and if it's a for TPE, than why not I suppose.

I haven't been able to figure out why the Jazz don't have more interest in Beasley, but hopefully it was just the uncertainty around Boozer. Beasley's head is a risk, but it's not a big one, and it seems like almost dumb luck that he's available at so cheap a price. Just take the gift.

Meaning its either us or Orlando, right?

So if I read this right, Orlando and Utah are the only two teams with TPE big enough to use to acquire Beasley?

Unless the team with the exception is within a certain percentage of Beasley's contract(75%) or have enough room under the cap.

He has a load of talent and the Jazz need talent. If he doesn't pan out for the Jazz its not like it would cripple the franchise Its worth the chance.
