Best vertical jump program!

Dead lifts are good for hammy workouts. So are straight-leg dead lifts or romainian deadlifts or "good mornings", which are my favorite and can be done with barbell, dumbell or anything you can hold in your hands. There are variations on this one that use a barbell on your neck like a squat or holding it in front of you like a deadlift.

The spotter on exercise #4 has a sweet view. And holy crap, I just tried to do that exercise and it is hard.
