Eastern conference is way better then you think it is. What you underestimated is how much big Al improved Bobcats. Big Al is having all NBA worth season and it is pathetic shame that freaking coattail riding flopping softer than jellyfish Bosh was selected instead of Al for All Star game.
No... no I estimated that. Brooklyn Shoulda been far more dominant, and so should have New York. They are 27-21 against eastern conference foes, which is way better percentage than 40-38 overall.

The Eastern Conference is garbage.
In case you're not convinced:
1. The West is 283-165 against the East this year. That's roughly 52-30 over an 82-game season.
2. 12 of 15 Western Conference teams have winning records against the East; 4 of 15 Eastern Conference teams have winning records against the West.
3. This is the 14th time in the last 15 seasons that the West has a winning record against the East. The West has also won 9 of the 14 NBA championships during this period.
The Eastern Conference is garbage.

Sure West is better overall. But not to he point like some predicted before the season that Jazz will have better record than 8th East playoff team. Problem is bottom teams, East has 5 good teams ( yes I count Brooklyn as good as they were killed in the beginning of the season by injuries ) and rest is mediocre or very bad. West has 9 good teams. It is at the end of the standings were difference is huge.
