well, respectfully, while this kind of reaction can be understandable, this is exactly why there is a place for a trials, juries, and laws compatible with protecting the rights of the accused. . . . .

I would want the death penalty if the evidence is conclusive, because the cost of confinement for life isn't worth the "revenge" even the worst prisons could be. And anyway, I'm not about that kind of sentiment.

None of them attended American public schools of competed in American sporting events or leagues. I don't usually get involved to much in this kind stuff, but this is ridiculous. This family was friends of a friend of mine. The mom went to school at Benlomond High School in Ogden where she went to school with my friend. They are real people with a daughter killed in the shooting and they are dealing with it the best they can.

Yes, by all means have a group of officers try to put him in handcuffs so he can detonate either a bomb strapped to his person or a hand grenade he's likely concealing. This is a bombing "suspect." And I say "suspect" lightly because the evidence is overwhelming against him. He deserves to be killed. The ONLY reason to attempt to take him alive is for questioning in trying to uncover his support network and likely ties to other terrorist cells.

The key piece of info that seems to be missing in that prediction is there is no mention of the older brother.
