definitely NOT the favorite. granted they play exceptionally well in brazil and have won the last three confederation cups, but they have come no where near sniffing a world cup since they won in 2002.

i don't think belgium will win this go around, but watch out for them in 2018 when benteke, dembele, hazard, lukaku, de bruyne, kompany, and courtois are all at the peaks of their careers. best young talent in the world imo.
