Break out, or fluke...

Fluke.

Enes is the reason Millsap is no longer here, so screw him. I miss Millsap's winning attitude and hard work ethic. Enes doesn't have any of the intangibles Sap has.

Corbin is the reason Millsap isn't here. If giving minutes to both Enes and Millsap wasn't too big of a task to make Corbin's brain explode, then there would have been no reason to let Millsap go.

lol if you think that.

If we're going to say that Kanter is the reason Millsap is gone then we may as well follow that through to the source: playing time. I'd venture to guess that most NBA coaches wouldn't have a difficult time making minutes for both Millsap and Kanter while still getting Favors minutes. As mentioned above, this must be the kind of task sufficient to make Ty's head explode as DL must have found it necessary to get rid of both Jefferson and Millsap to get minutes to Kanter and Favors. Even still, Corbin has found a way to keep Kanter's *** on the bench, so the idea that Millsap isn't here because we're clearing minutes for Kanter is just silly.

Kanter playing well on defense will probably always be the result of a good system.

Let's get one.

You're not one of those buying into the Charlotte has top five defenses by hiding BiGal in system, are you? That would be sad after your loveboi Biyombo has finally proven out on the d.

But yeah, let's get a system and/or players who can defend. I'm all for that.

Your memory must be short. Al Jefferson was the other center here last year. I don't know how you forgot.

So if we resigned Millsap and had a big man rotation primarily focused around Favors, Kanter and Millsap, would not all of them be able to get minutes? How does Kanter's presence preclude Millsap?

Or are we more upset by the fact that DL saw a need for Favors and Kanter, in addition to his $3M French purchase last summer, to develop and realized Corbin couldn't/wouldn't find minutes for development with Millsap's presence and made the decision to let Millsap walk?

They let Sap walk while selling hope of Favors-Kanter and a tank for talent. Kanter and tanking are fools gold. Screw this management.

Lawls. I'm used to more verbiage and intentionally hard-to-follow logic when you argue something you don't believe. You must be losing steam.

Crazy how the Bulls have a great defensive team even with Boozer starting.

Fluke, the guy is worse than Big Al at the same things people lost their minds on, and worse than Big Al on the other stuff...not a good combo..if we can get something decent for him, send him packing asap.

So you honestly think DL didn't re-sign Millsap because Corbin has 1 year left on contract? That was the reason?

Ya get rid of his ***..... 21 years olds never improve

Does it matter? He'll likely get 20 mins of playing time his next game with absolutely no reason given to him other than he needs to "earn" his time just like the vets have done.

Marvin needs development at a position he doesn't play.

Favors played a lot of pf last year, and enes played a lot of C. So, Al left for Enes, and Sap left for Favors. But now it seems Sap left for Marvin, and Al for Favors?

Marvin opting in and them repositioning him was retarded. Sap is far greater than Marvin, but Jazz never fire or buy anyone out unless they are toxic and sit a year like Raja. Instead of Sap taking minutes from youngins, it's Marvin.

But...

Then there's also cap space. Sap refused 8 mil the season before, and after this season Marvin will be MLE if he stays.

The Jazz had top ten defenses with Boozer too, regardless of not having anywhere near the caliber of defenders surrounding him (i.e. Memo was no Joakim Noah).

This squad has to hide four poor defenders in front of Derrick Favors, who's at times a highly overrated defender too.
