I think Deron's body of work is much more worthy of a massive contract (5/100) then AK47's (6/86) when we signed him. I think the Jazz would've inked D-Will for 5/100, they were just scared that he was going to bolt and leave them high and dry. I still think he might have. I'm sure he has more lucrative endorsement opportunities in Brooklyn then he ever would have in Utah.

Cuban didn't single handedly create the current NBA landscape, but he sure played a big part in moving the players towards creating super teams and dividing the owners into the haves and haves and alot more. Dallas deserves a long rebuilding process. Nice dagger Deron.

Deron is a top 10 player. He helps you win. On the right team, he can lead to a championship.
A lot of people have quickly forgot how he played for us.

I agree that Deron is vastly depreciated around here since the trade. If, in fact, that was your intended point. The counter is of course that Deron ran his own *** out of town. Doesn't matter how good he is/was.

but in utah i dont think he is a 5/100 player.
20 million dollars a year. how did that work out for garnet in minnesota.
not because the nets are playing him that it means he is that much more worth to other teams.
nets are in a different market different situation.
and not because a player gets paid max means he deserve it(eg cry-eleneko)
