I live in Ogden. Had to work some OT today and sadly missed the game. But your point is well taken. Utah Bball is back and fans better get their asses in the seats!

Im hoping tonight's game will help get people to keep coming!

Sucks you couldn't come, let me know if you ever plan on coming to a game and I'll come say hi. I've gone to all but one and shouldnt miss more than one more the rest of the way.

It's still not where it needs to be, but the crowd has been noticeably better this year, and we have a legit team so we have serious momentum.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you don't know **** about this years team, haven't been to a game, and have watched maybe one or two games all year (if any).

"Still could be a brutal season" STFU with that negativity when we're 9-1 and just absolutely destroyed byu.

I also liked the little albino freshman guard that came off the bench for the utes.

What I really liked about Utah is that they don't appear to have anyone that is overly selfish. Seriously great ball movement on that team. And your big guy depth is a lot better than I was thinking. They are big and decently skilled.

It's hard to say if that's a good thing or not. I really like this team, but when you can't hit 3 pointers and three throws at a high clip In the Dave Rose system, it's kind of iffy. That transfer from Wake Forest they have and Jordan Chapman coming back from a mission will help a lot next year. Right now, we're basically dependent on Carlino or Haws getting hot, which isn't a given. And certainly not from 3. Haws is best in the mid-range. Matt is all over the board. Everybody else, I just cringe when a 3 goes up.

Yeah, I'm really impressed with our all around depth. It's also obvious that everyone has really bought into what Coach K is doing. He is a really good Coach.

#20 is a Jr., #24 a freshman. #24 has basically played well in every other single game and never looked rattled at all until last night. I think he's an eventual stud. Very athletic. Solid defender. Usually has great body control. #20 filled in for Tyler Haws and played well for a few games this year, but he does that every year and then does absolutely nothing for 20 other games. He's not horrible, but he's guy that probably is on the cutting block after this year. Dave Rose has a history of helping guys transfer or move on after their junior years if they don't meet expectations and if there are other guys out there that BYU can get that seem like better fits.

Ya to piggyback what duck said...... 24 is frank bartley IV and he is a (true?) freshman and is normally one of our best bench players (if not the best bench player).... He has been really good in most games.

#20 is anson winder and he basically sucks... he had a few games last year when he caught fire from three (which is an anomally) and had a few big games. But mostly he just sucks

Just get to the 20 win mark at least and make the committee sweat over you. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if they just flipped a coin over some bubble teams getting in or not, knowing how people work generally.

I think the talent on this team is far improved and has played well against a ****ty schedule. I think they are unproven against real competition and that BYU is 2nd place in a ****ty conference. The one chance Utah had against a good team on the road they lost. And I don't think Boise is nearly as good as a lot of the Pac12 teams. This team is headed in the right direction. But I don't believe they compete for a pac12 title. I hope and think they are good enough to make the tourney. But don't kid yourself about going 9-1 with Utah's ****ty schedule.

From where this team has been, being 9-1 with a win against byu is awesome.

We have all of these cupcakes scheduled because Coach K and Chris Hill laid out a plan to rebuild the program that was in absolute shambles just a couple years ago. We are ahead of schedule because we have two legit studs in Loveridge and Wright and way more depth than anyone would have thought. With us being better than expected the cupcake schedule looks ridiculous, but don't forget that over the last few years we have lost several of these games we are now winning in blowout fashion.

Any person who knows basketball can see the talent in this years team no matter our opponents. It is clear that you haven't watched the team play, let alone actually go to a game in person.

Time to admit you have no idea what the hell you are talking about because you haven't watched a game this season, swallow your pride, and actually start supporting this team. If not, pls don't masquerade as a Utes fan any longer.
