I can't see who we'll be getting in the deal, but we're sending those two guys out together.

Only if we're getting a PG back. The Jazz would not ask Dante to run this team at his current state, no way in hell.

I hope we get a 3&D perimeter player back. Start with Burks, Hayward, new guy, Booker, Favors...... until Dante is ready. We need a perimeter defensive specialist in the worst way.

I can't stress enough how much I agree with the bolded part. It's immediately below us needing a super-star type of need. We simply cannot afford letting people bomb on us from distance like we've been doing in the last seasons(I think we were the worst team defending the perimeter last year, if I am not mistaken) and this season has started in pretty much the same way. We desperately need an elite perimeter defender.

Spurs are not happy Kawhi will not give discount. Maybe we can receive sign and trade.
 
Why can't Reggie Bullock get off the bench in LAC? He's a guy that had 3&D potential...

Iguodala no question - more versatile, much better offensive player, better passer, better rebounder...

p.s. oops... misread the question - you were asking about defense only... much closer... I am not sure... I think I'd take 3-4 years ago Iguadala again...

If we trade Burke, that doesn't require Exum's roll changes... even if we don't get a PG back. Duh.
 
Burke's trade will be a mistake then for organization. If Kanter still sucks, better to let him go, no need to trade Burke to get a real value
