It seems he was a better player in his rookie season! I think the Jazz made some mistakes with his development too. Like you said, he is a bully and has to play like that! At this point it is better for the Jazz and his career to change team. He has still plenty of years ahead of him....he will find his way in Nba.

I agree. Fresh start will help his mental pressure a lot. Jazz fans are right to judge him, to be impatient, but I think Enes himself has this as a pressure to lose focus to succeed, searching for new aspects to his game in the wrongest season possible; contract year.

My personal view, Kanter should "get rid of" the people around him, in order to achieve any real progress in his NBA career. Whoever they are that influence him in following any other area than basketball (Turkish domestic politics included.)
If he can't do that quite soon he will most likely end up being another Kosta Koufos... Kanter could have been a player earning $10+m a year.

Kanter does not suck but he has not developed the way he could have, easily.
I think he has to figure out his role as a basketball player.
He cannot be a nowitzki-type player.
He is a bully, as i have written many times here and he has to play like one.
Move your feet faster, dive for the loose balls, clog the lanes, concentrate on rebounds and earn your living off basketball junk.
stop acting like a primadonna, because you are not made up for that role.
You are one tough fella from Eastern Anatolia, who cannot accept to back down an iota without getting maimed or butchered.

it really is a sad story about how he failed to develop... I too thought he could have been a nowitzki type player the way he was shooting the ball early on.

Nermin, i think you should continue eating popcorn while watching oprah and spreading around reputation only to negrep me. Basketball will kinda mix your mind, it is too fast to follow. Better see some mexican soap operas. You can easily understand whats going on. Or you can see desperate housewives too , it was a good show back in the days

Kanter has never been a good jump shooter. It was just a myth some people perpetuated because he could shoot in practice.

I disagree. He has shown signs of being a good shooter. It's always been one of his better qualities until now.

Like I said, practice and games are different things. His mind moves too slow during games. It affects everything he does.
