Millsapa is Hopper. Everybody keeps saying so, and it seems, yeah, pretty obvious. Franklin isn't Hopper, and neither is One Brow. That 7814 guy might be, but I'm not necessarily convinced one way or the other.

I don't think Millsapa and Hopper are the same people. I don't think Hopper would care much about female circumcision, yet Millsapa seems fairly passionate about it.

I also didn't get the impression that Hopper was from Utah, and I do get the impression Millsapa is.
