Can the C.J. Miles experiment please end?

We'll get a decent trade for his fat ***. His numbers are great for a 6th man, and luckily for us, that's what really matters to a lot of teams.

Not me.

Then again, I believe Corbin is on top of this.

CJ will cut down on his chucking. He will drive and dish, drive and score.

Book it.

All hail Ty Corbin.

It seems Corbin or somebody has already discussed this with him. He mentioned in his interview that he is trying to attack the basket more when he gets in the game. And he did not fire a 3 pointer up until later in the game when they were trying to come back.

CJ is coachable, but he just doesn't seem to have the smarts on the floor to really follow through and change his game in the situation. It might stick but I am not holding my breath. I still anticipate a good 2/1 decent or ok play to airball ratio.

CJ is Gordan Giricek with a longer leash. I'd hit the G spot if I had to choose between the two, career wise.

Start packing CJ, it's going to be a long summer.

I still wish we let him go to OKC, would be best for both parties even if D-Will didn't want to lose his friend. Well we lost D-Will anyways so whatever.

I heard CJ and Corbin had had a heated convo as CJ was pulled from the game.
I guess CJ got all up in Corbin's face and all.

Do we have any more dirt on this?

Long time reader of this thread...first time poster in this particular thread (I think).

The worst thing about CJ (besides the whole inconsistent/chucking thing) is that now that the Jazz are rebuilding, nobody likes the idea of drafting on potential. Perry Jones and the like are automatically ruled out by Jazz fans just because CJ didn't pan out. CJ was a second rounder, though, so the risk was even less than what the Jazz are looking at with the two lotto picks in this draft.

Long time first time here as well. I don't know what was said, but it was after CJ just dribbled around and there was a shot clock violation (or someone threw it up last second after CJ just dribbled up top). Then the Blazers came down and scored. It seemed CJ was trying to explain what he was doing (he was pointing out to the court), but Corbin was having none of it. Then Corbin seemed to keep cutting him off and CJ walked away with his hands on top of his head looking like he was frustrated.

That doesn't sound too bad.
I can see that happening, and it doesn't sound like a big deal the way you describe it.
Thanks

The jazz are trying to prove they can win two consecutive games with the worst sg in the league playing 36 minutes. A failed experiment, but hey, worth a try.

During the last five games, CJ has A. Lost his confidence B. Has mailed it in and is not into playing NBA games C. Has something wrong with him physically D. Pressing too hard trying to impress Corbin that he can be a starter. I can't believe how poorly he has been playing.
