What's new

Can the Troubum experiment please end?

42.7% and 33.1%. Both below his career averages. Numbers aren't everything but let's not get out of control here.

Yes, yes, but do you see the hustle? I know it was the Knicks and the Cav's, but man -- he was playing great. I like Hayward because he hustles and tries hard. I didn't like Calvin because he was fat and lazy. Maybe he's turning it around?

No doubt. I was simply pointing out that he could still learn to be more efficient amongst other things.

So this was supposed to be my way of saying, "Time to end my ridiculous hating of C.J., the guy has been doing all of the things that I critisized him for not doing. This crow is delicious.", but I don't think anyone got it.

Me did.

Also, I must give you props for the strange disappearing act of cjhater98

I'm guessing he comes back in 3 months, after CJ has 2 bad games in a row.

It's more than worth it for me to admit that BYU is kicking *** with Jimmer.

Good luck, and I hope you guys continue your run. (peace?)

If this is another CJ thread so be it. I am glad to see him performing better recently. I also hope he learns to develop some consistency. Since the Jazz are more conservative than Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck's love child, and just never try to make moves or take risks to get better, someone better step it up or it will be the same ol' same ol' for us again.

Vj?

Is that you?

Don't forget to blame Larry Miller.

You have any actual evidence that they are not conservative and that they have actually taken some risks to try to improve? Or are you only capable of putting together arguments consisting of snide remarks aimed at tearing down those you disagree with rather than putting in any actual thought?

You know, you're right.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Please disregard Any CJ miles points, dunks, defense, etc.

Instead, just pay attention to his misses, and the fact that he's making about 10 million per year, which means he's over-paid.

Do you think we could trade him?

Tracy Mclady anyone?

Since you insist on putting words in my mouth for whatever reason, when I am far from a CJ hater, but you have some pathological need to find one to harp on, care to respond to this post that you so conveniently ignored?

Believe it or not, you can be dis-satisfied with a player, even if it's freakazoids favorite player, without being a "hater". Middle ground does exist. I think D WIll can get better too, that sometimes his leadership is lacking, but he is a fantastic player. You do not have to think someone walks on water to not be a "hater". Feel free to move on and troll someone else.

Saying you are completely satisfied with CJ and feel he is exactly what we need and there is no need to try to upgrade at his position is tantamount to saying you are very happy with 1st or 2nd round playoff exits every year because a playoff appearance is "solid" and "productive". If CJ is our best wing we need to get way better at other positions to make up the shortfall. Wow how can everyone be so blind. I am very glad CJ is performing better. He needs to because the Jazz just won't do anything to take a risk to get better at his position. And since he is what we have we might as well cheer him on. But to do so trying to convince yourself that he is the 6th man of a contending team is like trying to convince yourself that Palin would have made a great vice president. So color me tickled that he is doing better the past few games, and also that I hope they make some kind of move or take a risk to get better. Because we won't go far anytime soon otherwise.

Nope. I think this post speaks for itself.

You win.
