Can the Trumpster fire come back from this?

So can somebody please tell me why this is only coming to light just mere weeks away from the election? I mean it happened in 2005 right?

My take is this is Hillary's trump card (punn intended) she's been saving to play right at the last minute.

I think it's coming to light because the Washington Post has been going for the jugular where Trump is concerned from the start. The NY Times broke the 1995 tax story, and the Post has broken this story.

It's just the timing of it all that really got me... LOL ... I mean this happened in 2005.

Somebody sat on this story for a looooong time and waited for the most opportune moment to strike.

Reminiscent of that scene in House of Cards when Raymond Tusk was at war with Frank and was on the phone with Remy Dent when he said "Hit him again", giving the go-ahead to leak another damaging news story about Frank's wife affair with the photographer.

Yeah, an anonymous source let some news outlets know this tape existed, and would they like it? Lol, the guys and gals at the Post must have started licking their chops....

It does hurt him. Clearly.

One area is with the republican establishment. They were being good boys and girls and falling in line despite disliking him. Paul Ryan anyone?

Now it's open rebellion. Huntsman, Ryan, Lee, Priebus, Herbert, Chaffetz, Toomey, Walker, Ayotte,...all national level Rs who have openly disavowed Trump or openly took shoots at him. That'll saps votes. Not Trumps die hards obviously but the rank in file trying to stop Hillary will shrink.

Clinton is a master politician. I truly believe she is behind all of this. She has killed the Republican Party. Rats on a sinking ship.

You never fail to find a conspiracy, do you?

The Post for weeks has been producing some pretty strong anti-trump stories. They were the ones who came into possession of these tapes and released them.

If you want to believe that Clinton controls the world, Obama was born in Kenya and the DNC falsified his birth records, Clinton personally planned Benghazi etc you certainly have that right. But at some point you need to look inward. At some point the right needs to admit that the nonstop paranoia, attacks on minorities and women, unwavering support of supply side, and obstructionism has led to some terrible candidates and a broken party.

Whether you like it or not you must admit eventually that the party of Hannity and Limbaugh gave you trump. He's your Frankenstein monster. Hey, you built that!

Nope.

This is Trump's 47 percent gaffe.

This just shows how uneven everyone's metrics were and maybe still are. With Romney it was the dreaded "47% gaff." What will historians call "Trump's" latest gaff. It probably wouldn't be able to be printed in most junior high history books. If this indeed is the nail in the coffin, it's insane that it took this long, and once again, I don't think it's his worst statement.

Anywho. Someone track down Scat, I wanna hear how a father with daughters justifies a Trump vote after this one.

It's not his worst but it's the one that has alienated his base the most up until this point.

Ripping on immigrants or blacks or Muslims doesn't alienate as much as treating beautiful little white women like commodities

U gotta love the "Bill DID TOO!" posts on two fronts

- Bill ain't running
- HRC has been smeared by Trump's ppl for having such a grotesque husband to the point where it disqualifies her.

And now they have to backpedal and say it's not a big deal cuz Trump is at worst the same.

I knew there was a racist shot to be taken at a bunch of people. I knew 2016 society wouldn't let me down.

It's either gonna be the grab-em-by-the-***** or moved-on-her-like-a-bitch gaffe. I love this. We finally don't have to worry one bit that this dangerous nitwit will get to make decisions regarding the USA.

We dunno if he did or didn't though.. I mean when you're hanging out with a group of guys, you talk ****, whether it's true or not.

I mean we've all done it.

Not sure if serious. But supposing you are, then I reply...

Uh, no. I've never talked about molesting women, regardless of whether or not I was hanging out with a group of guys.

You would vote for Bill Clinton?

I wasn't a big fan of Clinton while he was in office, but in hindsight... not so bad. A walk in the park compared to his successors.

If he were running as a third option, I'd seriously consider him.

He's a bit of a dog, but comparing him to Trump is apples and watermelons (I know you weren't the one who made that comparison, Gameface).

Trump is bad, very bad, at being a respectable human being. While being a raging sexist and racist isn't a crime (yet) it's not what makes a good leader for such a diverse country. Trump is divisive, and we need unity more than anything else. A leader that nobody trusts is useless as a leader.

For the record, Hillary is also impossible to trust.
