this is with the caps lock on, and the letter size completly maxed out to the limit. Can anyone tell me if it's working, cuz i'm not really sure at this point. Testing testing test testes texting sexting. I think it might be working now, but is there anyway to be totally for sure with no doubts, or is there just no way, who knows? Not me, i know that much and i don't even have to think twice about it, but maybe a few more tests testing testamundo testada toasty tester.

The way it works is if the whole post is in caps it will change the post.
If you even have one lower case letter in it, it will allow the post.
