lol.... We're going to have been the last team Denver had faced in the playoffs for a while. Fantastic news for us, as one of our NW rivals are done for a few years.

Back to the drawing board for Denver. Have fun in the lottery! Hopefully it sucks like this one so you'll be stuck in it for years trying to rebuild. Just imagine if we had depended on Hayward for something... Ugh!

For NJ, they're talented. But Melo is such a disastrous player. Devin Harris, Melo, and Lopez fighting for the ball is going to be a sight to see I tell ya.

Melo is such a cancer. I almost wish that he could stay in Denver and eat up so much of their money. No NBA team will win anything with Melo as their best player. Now Denver can hit the reset button, let their bad contracts expire (like Kmart and Bird Woman), let Billups retire, and rebuild with a franchise player that isn't such a headcase.

I agree. Melo is a cancer. But he is a talented enough guy that, if you surround him with a few decent pieces (i.e. Billups) he can be a real force on any given night.
