Ever since he started playing, I said this guy is better than this board gives him credit. And tonight he showed why. The guy is a fighter, adds the toughness and never-quit attitude the Jazz need instead of being pansy asses like Big Al. Imagine, Corbin played the heartless Josh Howard over Carroll, what a huge mistake!

Yep. Good thing Howard had all that playoff experience. He should of been playing all along. It was a joke to think Howard could come in and contribute right away. In fairness there were other games Carroll didn't do that great but I would love to have a few more games to stick him on parker and see what happens.

Wes Mantooth just told everybody in the chat that there is no room for a guy like Mbah a Moute because he is a perimeter defender that can't shoot. I guess we can assume that Carroll (who is not even in the same league as Mbah) can hold everyones jocks or get the **** out of the locker room.

The point is Carroll has the kind of heart that is hard to find, and it is something that can overcome lack of talent. No, he doesn't have much offense but he is pretty athletic and he has a great motor and drive, an ideal kind of player to have come off the bench when the team needs energy.
